Home prices to continue stabilising in 2015

The Housing and Development Board (HDB) resale promote in Singapore is foreseen to stay unassuming in 2015. The HDB reported that resale level expenses saw 7.3 each penny advancement in financial 2012/13, which lessened to 3.4 each penny in Fy2013/14.

With the supply of resale cushions climbing, property analysts expect further control in expenses.

The Ministry of National Development surveyed that 47,505 private units, including private and authority loft suites, will be done in 2014, took after by 50,592 and 60,623 units in 2015 and 2016 independently. By 2017, 200,034 private units will be made and finished.
